Draper's Joshua Poulson, 17, received his Eagle Scout award May 14. Josh has earned 34 merit badges, even though only 21 are required for the Eagle Scout award. Born in Salt Lake City, Josh currently lives in the Suncrest area and is a member of Troop 1617. His service project was building and installing outdoor signs at the Camp Kostopulos Scout Camp.
