Feb. 6, 7 p.m.Ages 5 and up

Storytelling Concert with Donald Davis and Bil Lepp. Bil is a six-time champion of the West Virginia Liar's Contest, and while his stories may not be completely true, they are always honest. Donald tells stories so personal, you’re sure to find yourself in every one of them—and a friend along the way. A "don't miss this one" performance presented in partnership with the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival Midwinter Conference. This event will be held at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center (1355 West 3100 South, West Valley City). No strollers or babes in arms, please.

Feb. 1, 8, 15, 10:15 a.m. Babies up to 2 ½ years with an adult

Cuddle Time. Join us for songs, nursery rhymes and fun times in a storytime made especially for babies. Learn about ways to help your child be ready to read when the time comes. Storytime lasts 15 minutes followed by a 15 minute playtime.

Wild Animals of Utah. The Monte L. Bean Museum will be coming to the Draper Library. Learn about and see real animals like snakes and a tarantula.

Great Reads for Girls: A Mother/Daughter Book Group. Join us for lively discussions, friendship and fun Register, pick up your book and a Great Reads booklist at Draper Library. This month's book is “Ella Enchanted.”

Feb. 16, 11:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m.Preschool ages

The Three Wishes Puppet Show. This is a tale about a mysterious lantern, three wishes, a spoiled princess, a Sultan and a determined Gene who wants to teach her a lesson in the power of magic.

Feb. 17, 4 p.m.Boys ages 7 to 11

No Girls Allowed. Snips, snails and underwear tales. Worms, squirms and other fun stuff just for boys. Free tickets available on the day of the program starting at 3:45 p.m. Note age requirement. Arrive on time. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Terrific Tuesday. You may not know this, but Thursdays are terrific! CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Do you like blood and guts? Have you always wanted to solve a mystery and save the day? Learn the skills, solve the crime and earn your CSI detective badge.

Fun Flicks. A fun movie for the whole family.

The Shoemaker and the Elves Puppet Show. The poor shoemaker and his wife have only enough leather for one more pair of shoes, and not a single penny in the house. When the magical elves lend a helping hand, the old couple's fortunes take a turn for the better.
