Open Mon. – Fri., 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch is served at noon, with a suggested donation of $2.50 for patrons over 60. Patrons under 60 must pay $5.25. No lunch reservations needed. Free transportation is available for Draper residents. Call for pickup times.
Feb. 1, 11:30 a.m. – Safety in the Home. We have many safety tips to share with you on how to be safer inside and outside of your home.
Feb. 2, 11 a.m. – Attic Stories. Share your stories with a small group wishing to learn about others’ lives and memoirs. This month’s topic: “How you spent your Saturday afternoons.”
Feb. 3, 10:30 a.m. – Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Testing. This is a deviation from the normal 11 a.m. Friday time.
Feb. 7, 11 a.m. – Nutrition News: Honey Facts. Join this sweet and tasty class to learn how adding honey to your diet can do wonders for better health. Sign up required.
Feb. 9, 10 a.m. – Center Adventures. Have you ever wanted to see other corners of the world you live in? Then take an armchair adventure with us. Once a month we will have amazing videos you will not want to miss. It will be like taking a vacation for free. Just come in, pick a comfy seat, snack on some freshly popped corn and be taken away to other countries and lands, near and far.

Feb. 14, 11 a.m. – Valentine’s Day Party. With entertainment by Bill Stidd.
Feb. 16, 11 a.m. – Power Foods. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be a challenge. It should be easy and pleasurable. We will be sharing recipes with power foods that are not only easy but delicious. Give this new class a try and you will taste amazing and healthy foods all year long. Sign up required.
Feb. 21, 11:30 a.m. – Lunch Buddies. Enjoy going to lunch with other center participants. This group goes out to eat one time a month (Dutch Treat). Meet at the center to catch the bus, and seating is limited. This month the group will go to Kneaders.
Feb. 22, 11 a.m. – Aging Gracefully Class. More often than not, aging is viewed as something to be fought off for as long as possible. Learn the true meaning of aging gracefully and what can be done to help defy the aging process.
1 p.m. – Walk at the Center.
Feb. 24, 11 a.m. – Brain Fitness. Brain Fitness is designed to enhance the plasticity of your brain, build brain reserve and can at least slow down the onset of Dementia and memory loss in later years. The class will go through 12 tips to build memory and give tips for a healthier brain.
Feb. 28, 10 a.m. – Movie Morning. Come see “Forrest Gump.”
Feb. 29, 1 p.m. – Walk at the Center.
