Park Madness profile: Draper City Park

Draper City Park is the #8 seed in the City Journals' Park Madness tournament.

A lot of people may have visited Draper City Park in the winter to see the locally famous “Tree of Life,” an enormous willow tree covered in lights, but this Draper park has plenty to offer in the warmer months as well.

From sports amenities like basketball courts, volleyball pits, and baseball/softball fields to playgrounds and pavilions, Draper City Park may be on the simpler and older side, but it has everything you’d want from a traditional park.

Be sure to follow the Draper Journal on Facebook and Twitter so you can vote for Draper City Park starting July 9.
