Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period Especially is Important for Seniors Changes in Medicare that begin January 1, 2020 add special significance to this year's Medicare Open Enrollment for area seniors. Open Enrollment begins on Tuesday, October 15 and runs through Friday, December 7.
