Optum Utah is hosting a free health fair for seniors and their immediate families on Friday, September 29 at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium.

As we age, our health needs naturally evolve. The steps we need to take to keep ourselves healthy begin to change – from the physical activity we need, to recommended health screenings, to our diets. Optum’s mission is to help people live healthier lives, and events like the health fair are a key component to the pursuit of that mission.

Attendees can take advantage of invaluable wellness resources designed to promote healthy living, including:

• Patient experience – Learn the crucial questions to ask when choosing a provider for your individual health needs.

• “Doc talks” – Hear from health care professionals on some of the most pressing health issues facing older adults, including the importance of staying active, how to maintain your independence for longer, and more.

• CPR demo from the American Heart Association.

• Get your Medicare questions answered by licensed, independent insurance agents.

Plus: After the health fair, enjoy free admission to the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium.
