Corner Canyon High’s Jeff Lewis (second from right) finished ninth at the Champs Sports Cross Country Championships West Regional at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, Dec. 3. The senior finished the 5K course in 15:35 amidst a pack of runners separated by just .05 seconds. His finish among runners from 10 states qualified him for the National Cross Country Championships Dec. 10 in San Diego where he placed 34th.
